Pad Printing history traces back more than 200 years with a primitive method of transferring the image with the use of a bag of soft gelatin, utilizing copper printing plates that were crafted by hand. Following World War II compounds were developed to allow the image to be transferred via silicone pads. Pad printing’s unique advantage is being able to print a variety of surfaces and shapes.
